Hassle on a legal right of way
Yoshi:
Lord ShaggPyle, i think we have both met the same woman on Walna Scar lol, she didnt like it when i told her that my 13 year old discovery was more economical at the time than my brand new vauxhall astra lol.
But the TRF dude did good, think they should approach the police about the incident, then the fella might think twice.
Lord Shagg-Pyle:

Why am I not surprised by that? Are these the same sort of people that expect the locals to be dressed in smocks, with string round their knees, a piece of straw in their mouths to doff their caps to the 'incomers' and say 'Ooh Arr' a lot?
I used to work in an area similar to that and the 'incomers' would complain about the smell of the manure on the fields, the noise from the combines during harvest and also the fact that the irrigators would sometimes spray water onto the road! Oh My God! What a catastrophe! Try slowing down and turning your wipers on, you planks!
Sorry, but I have no time for people like that.

--- Quote from: "Devon-Rover" ---Well done him.
I was only out all of three weeks ago and was met by a person who although said nothing was cleary not happy about the presence of the 4 landies Crawling up the UCR towards him.
What i then saw i couldn't actually belive my ears (as i had gone on and was told on the CB by the sweeper), That he got out a pad of paper and a pen, then preceded to take down details of out vehicles. If i had seen this i would of questioned him to his actions.
The area in question Is near a village called harburton, It is main demographic is second home owners or those who have retired from the major cities to a 'Rural villiage in the country' the houses are worth a lot and the peoples attitudes are plain snobbish. I make a habit of having a quick chat to all those who i pass, but the majority of the time they look down on me as the spawn of the devil.

And not one of those green lanes are BOATs or restricted highways as you say unclassified and OKed by south hams and devon highways

Would the guy give his details for the Police to be able to visit him? Some how I don't think he would. I'm very surprised he didn't come out with the line of "You were all going too fast along this track". From what I saw he wasn't going that slow himself.
I was waiting for a bit on the video to see if the TRF guys came round a bend to see the cyclist ploughing into a rambler.
Re the woman on the Walna Scar, she went on about calling the Police, I said that they would probably get there by Landrover; she didn't like that.
She liked it even less when I produced my I.D card, and informed her that she was commiting an offence. She shut up after that.
Yoshi:
They wouldnt need too many details, they have a rough area of where he lives, he gave his name on the video and they have a description of him to compare to whats on PNC lol
