That was handled very well by Andy,  the guy obviously didnt have a clue about whe was and wasnt alowed to be there...  Hope ANdy took the time to pass the guys name on to the local traffic boys/gals.....

Not only was he allowed to be there he had paid to be there as well via his Road Tax. Something the cyclists don't pay for but get to use and erode!
