Mine doesn't seem to have gutters either, its a 200tdi.

Mine seems water tight but it seems to collect condensation, which gives me  a shower in the morning, maybe thats causing your problems?

dazzawhipple:
Mine leaked in the end I put vasaline on the seal and replaced every other month it seemed to work

I was also tempted to inject the seal itself with silcone to stiffen the seal up
Basically its a bad design

Thanks. The plan now is to run a bead of silicone around the seal where it meets the metal frame on the outside. If that doesn't get it then its a mass  attack with silicone and duck tape. I am fed up with a constant drip, drip in my face of a morning. It wakes me up but is not very pleasant.

lyndon:
Finally stopped the leak. Got hold of something called weather seal. Its a mastic type material but black and much more bitumous in constitution. I put a big load into the gutter. Put the new seal over that and fitted it properly. I then run a small bead of this stuff around the gap between the top of the seal and the frame. Then put the glass back in and shut it tight to push against the seal as this stuff dried. Its watertight now.

This stuff is great. You can even use it on a wet surface. Although I dried mine out first.

Out of interest, I replaced my sunroof seal, and it seems to have stopped the leak.  I never did find the drain points, because with a hulking great roofrack in the way you can't really get at much.
