Bit stumped as to why you cannot name the carrier?
I use several different carriers for my business, right from hauliers of containers down to small carriers as you have already mentioned, in my experience the only difference between them all is the amount and the way in which they f*ck things up, none of them are 100%
But.....By far the worst of all companies are UPS, overpriced, incompetent, over confident tossers.
The common denominator in all the problems that I suffer is that of miscommunication or total lack thereof.

id rather not on the forum , :wink: but im quite happy to pm the name ,i like mud club and me slagging off a company could cause the club some grief, as it has in the past , my main argument is ..how come a well established parcel company tries to deliver a parcel 5 times and not have the common sense to post a note through the door :?: it beggers belief ..if i'd known they had been id have stayed in to receive it :roll:
