just been contacted by the fella off ebay who sells the lightbars ,well i bought one a fortnight ago with pay now ,im not having a rant at him  :lol:  a nice fella by the sounds of it ,but i am at the delivery company  :evil:  apparently they have tried to deliver to me 5 times  :evil:  well how come ive had no card through the door saying they had tried ...its easy  pen to paper stick through door ,i see paper read paper and call ..arrange a time i will be in ,take parcel ,everyone happy  

i now have to pay another £7 to have it delivered


i contacted %$%^ and they are going to investigate :roll:  yea right :!:  :!:

Matt, dont they have to prove they have attemted delivery :?: , who are the delivery people  :?: ,had my light bar of the same people as you know the brackets for the slider's had to be sent after by post & there was a bit of dispute at the posting depot that held mine up, as you say nice chap even sent my change in the parcel, so honest as well,

Hurry up & get that bar on L2B is close :lol:

well what little hair i had has now completley gone .just got off the phone to parcel company ,who said that their drivers dont always carry cards,to inform customers of deliveries,they blamed the sender for not informing me that the item had been shipped,i argued this as if they had put a note through the door ,i would have stayed in ,or gone and collected it from the depot as i have done before in the past(different parcel company).......... all i know at the end of this is im going to have to foot the bill to have it reposted ...it makes me soooooo angry :evil:

what parcel company is this please as i want to make sure i never use them!
it is so frustrating when carriers let you down plus some people do take it out on the supplier eventhough they have done nothing wrong, as in your case!
