nope tax payed, fully lagit, do you really think i would risk my land rover getting crushed by using summat that isnt lagit, ie red diesel or central heating oil.
simply isnt worth the risk !!
and im asking all you out there that ARE running with red in, cos there bound be a few on this forum (but dont say anythin)........ is it worth the risk !
danny
o and on a brighter note..... i got 32.6 mpg on way ome from wales with 35 in simex on  im well chuffed
darent have even looked at the figures a couple of months ago
snezza69:
I would use it if I did'nt get my Diesel at about 65p a litre
snezza69:
Legit that is too!
strangerover:
In Liverpool (were I am) there are 3 outlets for Bio that I'm aware of!
78.9p a litre
regular diesel is 94.9p
Not all engines are suitable for Bio Diesel.... my Company car a toyota had its injectors knackered by it after just 3 tanks over 4 months !!!!
Its not true that bio is a better lubricant per se, as thats what the problem is with some common rail diesel engines the bio can lubricate at high pressures.
Still in my 200TDi or a 300TDi I'd use it as it seems to work better but on some older engines it may not be good long term as there is no sulphur in it and that gets used for lubricant.

This is just what this post needs your figures and ideas.
