I used 'Fast Fit Nationwide' in Bromsgrove. Not only did they offer the best price, but they had the glass in stock and offered to come out within the hour. Seems to be a good job - and having watched some of the process, I'm certainly glad I didn't have to go through the struggle of fitting it  :?  :)

I know the job is now done but I have to ask the question of glass cover on TP insurance.
I thought practically all insurance policies had glass cover regardless of whether they were FC or TP. Do you know for a fact she didn't have it or was it an assumption as she was TP?

I know that even when people do have glass cover many confuse a glass claim for a 'proper' insurance claim and spend their time looking for S/H glass and then fitting it when for £40 they could have had it all done for them with no effect on the NCB.
