why is it always a 4x4's fault

i took my mum to her chriroprator today. sat waiting for her to come down and a man came in and said the car parks busy, and then went on to say that a landrover was taking two spaces up! i lokked at him and replied by saying no its not its only taking up one, i then went on to politely tell him there were 2 other car parked there as well could it possbly be that one of theose had parked irresponsible? he did not know what to say after that, and that i had told him i had to bring my mum, and the lady behind the reception said yes i could see your mum would struggle she's only little, i laughed and said i have to take my caravan step with me for her so she can get in easier.

i really does make me angry when 'others' can't park in the spaces but can only blame 4x4 drivers

It is a stupid comment for anyone to make when most land rovers are smaller than the new mondeo and such cars! I get annoyed at Ikea........they have height restriction in the multi story part so "big things" like land rovers have to park in the 20 or so spaces outside this area..........which is always used by people in small cars who cannot park :evil:

Yeah, bad parkers wind me up too :evil: , thats why i'm glad ive got tree sliders fitted....... doesn't matter if they clang their door against Trug, as it would take a damn good swing with a sledge hammer to make a dent :wink: .

Where we are at the moment we can't park near our chalet. It is actually *almost* quite embarassing, as the ONLY way for Bagheera to fit in the car park so other people can get in and out is to park him sideways in 2 bays :(

I got a comment on day two, and asked the bloke to see me into a space the normal way. He conceeded. I would stop 20 cars getting out. Stupid layout of the carpark. I hope he told the others :(
