BMW Drivers?!?!?!
Grant:
I overtook these lorries blocking 2 lanes on the motorway the other day. Was going well over the limit to be honest & a beemer started tailgating in an attempt to make me move over. Then without indicating he undertakes and swerves round in front of me! Must have been doing 120mph+ when he shot off
I was about to move over anyway, i'd past the trucks, dread to think what would have happened if i had changed when he wanted me to!
I see that happening to other cars all the time, surprised it doesnt cause loads of accidents
Hope he got a ticket!
pilgrim:
he probably drove off swearing at you .... what on earth were you doing in the BMW lane of the motorway?
Range Rover Blues:
Oh cr4p, and all these years I thought a B M W***er behind you flashing his lights meant 'slow down immeadiately'
As for the indicators, I understand that arguament about only signalling when neccesary, or as it's often put 'when it benifits another road user'. Thing is, unless you are psychic, how do you know there won't be another car approaching the junction? you don't, so you signal, that's the only safe way.

I always come off the throttle and touch the brakes when I get flashed from behind like that. If they flash even more I slow down in order to pull in behind the vehicle I was overtaking. Indicate I am pulling in, then move over V E R Y S L O W L Y this allways gets them edging right over onto the central reservation trying to get past.
Another fav trick of mine when being tail gated is to wash the windscreen a lot. This mostly results in them dropping back in order to clear their own screen.

Mace:
The best reply I got from a sorry gent who signalled right whilst going straight on at a roundabout and cut me up rather badly was..."I was indicating right to show you I wasn't turning left"...hmmm
