This is me, my girls (the Landyladies) & mum & dad on their anniversary last year. When I went into the restaurant, I was about 16st, when I came out I was about 17.5!!

if you want something to chew, im sure you would be allowed to snack on raw carrotts (ask in case i am wrong!) as they are mostly water but full of vitamins  :D

or raw celery, as that is a negative calorie food (but i cant stand the stuff!)

no, your body is going through abstinence, or detox if you will, i will scan a picture of the stuff i get in one milkshake cos its loads of vitamins

so...

ALL Food and drinks are banned, with the exception of plain water or black coffee/tea

you can buy water flavourings but a pot of it (bout the size of a mustard jar) is 9 quid!
