they had the private road problem on the m6 toll as it is not classed as queens highway as it is private so the police had to ask for permission to police it with the owner agreing as far as i am aware ( it could of been one of those urben myth things. but in tharoy you could drive you car up there without mot tax insurance etc as it was a private road
