I dont quite understand this, are you saying there are too many disabled bays?  As it stands there isnt enough, they need more.  People are parking in stupid places because there isnt enough of the bays.

At Asda at fossepark in leicester there is approx 20 disabled spaces and less than half mother and child spaces, how does that work then? because they are always full and the disabled spaces empty.

it would be interesting to see how many mud clubbers there are that hold a blue peter badge and how they were awarded one? :wink:
