Hi Guys,

Thanks for your replies, bit of a nest of worms this one, Just got off the phone to the DVLA and a very nice lady said :-

If you passed your test after Jan 1997 you can only drive a vehicle with a Max of 8 Seats and not weighting more 3.5 Ton. or you need a D1.

And if your V5 Seating Shows (Blank) you can remove the rear seats to 6 Seats and you are ok  Max 8 Seats

Anyone know the Kerb Weight of a 109" Station Wagon. As i do not have any Handbook.

well theres ya answer.. 110 is approx 2 t, 109 slightly less.
also i think it states NOT FOR HIRE OR REWARD ie taxi / mini bus..

To my knowledge the 110 CSW is 2.3 tons, and a Series 2/2A/3 88 is 1.7 tons.  So I would say a 109-inch SW is about 2ish tons.
