you can get a degree in between working and all your other tasks.
You could then have letters after your name.
morning by the way

Morning Judi; I've already got one, :D I just get a little annoyed that those who can't be bothered have the idea that it's 'easy'

K9Jim:
You'd be surprised how many modern day laws have been brought into existance WITHOUT the old ones being done away with  the contradict each other , work that one out :-s

I've 'Googled' it and still don't know.
Wolfie:
It's the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act which is, in part, the latest attempt to sort out the mess that Rights of Way are in in this country (in the legal sense), there's a guide to what it mean to motorised users of RoW here

MK-90:
I had a good long chat with said law student :D :D
She's got quite interested in it and has reminded me that seeing as i too am in the school of law i have access to a load of information on the internet. durrr...how did i forget that (im not a law student tho  ). Theres no chance im trawling through the thousand books in the library.
Anyhow....she did mention something. As long as you can prove you have an interest thats being discriminated against you will have a case etc etc.
Sorry im rather drunk so forgive me for now. Give me a few more days and ill have a lot more info hopefully. Ill start trawling the web tomoz
.
--- Quote from: "Disco200TDiDan" ---Thanks Skinty :D it all helps in the end!
Its just it seems as though the majority of us are taking this without a fight, i know a couple of people are doing stuff, but we need to start working together to get a legal precedent in one area, once thats done its easy!
