They didn't like me very much

Shooting is very injoyable, something I miss, and keep meaning to get back into, we have a locla gun club just a couple of miles from me, but never can get round to getting sorted with them though

My other half was junior champion in archery,  did well  in tournaments,we have a collection of bows, crossbow, and air rifle, as well as a few knives.. all legal as the knives are for retrieving arrows ;)
cross bow hasnt been fired in years,... and I dont want to be the one to do it.. has 150lb limbs and 180lb limbs!!
Mnay years ago when i was in the Army cadets I was a marks man 1st class..greatest achievement was scoring 49 bulls in 50 rounds.. the 50th was in a sheep ;) got a severe rollocking from my sarnt major - but also congratulated on a good shot - head shot from 500 yards, all using a short magazine lee enfield 303..

I do a lot of shooting, pigeon, rabbits and so on as well as clays, try your local clay pigeon club, they should have selection of 12 bores, you want a light one, failing that try out a 20 bore, more of a ladies gun but just as capable as a 12 bore.

It is good fun, try these for places to go.

Sharpshooter:
I shoot several times weekly. I shoot .22 precharged air rifles. They are great, and silent,aswell as being recoiless.

Try doing a search for your local Feild Target Club.

They are great places to try out, and see if you like it. Youll be surprised how many people try it once, and get hooked.

I also hunt twice weekly. But that rquires a bit more Patience and skill.
