did that last week. they promised it by 12 next day. it arrived at 3 (wrong address though)
Just got through to ANC "customer services" who insist that I should contact paddocks who need to chase it up. Aparently it isnt on the ANC system.

Oh yeah, the best quote from the woman on the other end of the phone was "sorry but we dont know if we have yet or not". Wow, what a tracking system

never had a problem with anc from paddocks myself!
always get delivered within time period

I dont think it would an ANC problem, never had ANC issues here. I would have thought the problem would have come from Paddocks themselves, maybe being late in sending the parts out in the first place.

Will ring paddocks on the morrow to let them know that if the order dosnt arrive by 4pm tomorrow then we will buy localy and they can cancell the order and give us a refund.
Its a shame for Paddocks as I have had no problems with them at all. When they have been out of stock of something they have rung us and asked if we wanted another similar part or the order without it.
Buying the parts localy will be more expensive but at least I will get the parts when I want them.

Ordered a Tyre on Saturday and got here today, had the decency to leave the package next door, which is refreshing as normaly they take it back to the depot some where in the middle of Gloucester and I end up having to collect it, So quite pleased... All I can say is I've had worse :!:
