Sorry guys but not impressed. Last week it was "next working day" delivery that took 4 days and an hour on the phone.
This week it is a within 3 working days. should have been here yesterday. I am now at que position 2 on the customer services line.

I've found ANC have been fine round here, in fact I'm pretty much on first name terms with the driver now!
