Range Rover Blues:

--- Quote from: "clairedave" ---landrover technician thinks it is amplifier on dizzy<this is a common fault on classics, when cold runs as if nothing is wrong! Then as engine reaches temp amplifier signals break down. :? He hopes to be here before the weekend to change part and check out engine, does not think it is head gasket and AFM the first one,one of the glow wires have broken off;but engine still ran.so finger crossed again :?:
--- End quote ---

Interesting.

I know that the hot-wire EFi is more tolerant of faults, it can run with the AFM bust oif all the other sensors are working, unlike the flapper EFi from the 3.5.

Does yours have Cats?
