And as with all court awards that aren't settled on time you have the right to add interest at a reasonable rate. 8% per day is the usual accepected rate and soon mounts up :wink:

Thats worth knowing they had to pay £100.00 for phone bill chasing them..
I thougt i blew it when i said to the Judge i insist to hear the case but she laughed .. :lol:
