If it was small claims or magistrates most judges are sympathetic when they know folk have been ripped off. They are there to act fairly in most instances, it's only when you try to pull the wool over their eyes that they go into silly mode  :wink:

ya right the Laws should be better they can set up and trade else ware..
I contacted the Fair trading and they were well aware of them and and investigating ..

Also when i did a search on the Scum i found a thread on Tiscally were another bloke was ripped the same way with em..and the pattern works this way they say they have the parts and they dont ..they take your money and then get on the blower and source the parts elseware!!

They then take the Cream off the Top
