I turned up and went in and sat down and the Judge said the Breakers had sent a fax and they were unable to attend due to unforseen sickness and absence and they were the only people who could run the Breakers and get this one...And if they had to attend they would claim loss of buisness from me!!!!! :twisted: :twisted:
Anyway the Judge was about to adjorun when i mentioned this was the second time they had no showed and she was not aware..then i was advised to insist on the case being heard in their absence for a second time.
She looked at me and said" You are going to insist are you?"..we both laughed...weird....Then she said i am going to refuse them adjournment and award you £850.00!!!! :shock: :lol: :lol: ..
Well chuffed with result and they have 28 days to pay or the Baliffs will collect :(biglaugh):

Shame you had to go to all the hassle in the first place, but 20 Donkey Points are hereby awarded for standing your ground.
