I might hold you to that, as Guy Salmon don't even have a Td5 on the forecourt at the moment
--- Quote from: "landyloony" --- dont see an FC listed on there

I used to drive my mates & still love them, but I think she'd draw the line at that though
Even though she's driven it as well, be a nice motor with a Tdi
Years ago someone custom-built one with coil-springs & 110 axles & a Tdi. It looked good.
It was featured in a very early issue of 'LRW'

He he, have ya seen Drums truck Richard? It would give you no idea about how a normal TD5 behaves, it rides on 35" tyres and xtreme suspension. Very nice bit of kit, winched me out in style 8)

Yes, that's my line of thought as well.
My old 110Tdi Hard-Top was great with its 300.
I went to that from a 2A Light-Weight - you can imagine the performance difference
Like comparing a Sopwith Camel to a F-16
On first test-driving it, the saleman was doing an indicated 85mph up the dual-carriageway to Ainley Top

I was looking at a friends Subaru Forester yesterday
Bush Tucker Man:
SWMBO (backed by mother-in-law  ) is suggesting a 110 Double-Cab so I can get rid of the I-W.
It took me ages to persuade SWMBO to let me but it andnow she wants it out of the garage
I want a Station Wagon, not a Double-Cab, but since when has my opinion mattered??
