Here We Go?
Click Start and Right click internet explorer! Select internet properties!
On The screen you get up half way down is 3 tabs!  from (left to right)
internet cookies/internet files/settings!
Select the middle one Internet Files and another screen appears and select ok!
 Thats the temporary internet files dealt with!! :wink:

Finding Disk Defragmenter would varyt depending on what version of windows you are on, but it is probably:

START
PROGRAMS
ACCESSORIES
SYSTEM TOOLS
Disk Defragmenter

The rest should be obvious.  :wink:
