Even though as you all know I sold my 50th Discovery at the end of December, I'll try to keep up with this thread as I see any 50th's about.

50th Anniversary FreeLander 5-door parked just round the corner yesterday afternoon.
I think it may have been visiting a local 90 Pick-Up owner?

Looks good, lucky old mum, having a Defender 50th :(biglove):

To see pictures of 50ths, open the 'www' link at the bottom of my signature.
There's 2 albums entitled;
'Land Rovers 50th Anniversary Special Editions'
'My Discovery'
(another 2 albums)

Also if you want to try & see where it is now, go to James's 'Defender 50th site as linked in my signature block. It's quite possible someone on there knows where it is, or even owns it??

206CC?
Two of our Nurses own them, but both are the common colour (silver), but with no (dare I say!?) no boy-racer neons
That's me in for a smack

I saw another 2 FreeLanders yesterday.
Both were over on the 'East Coast' of Yorkshire

One was a 3-door heading west on the A64 near the Pickering turn-off.

The other was a 5-door with a most unusual gold decal of a mountain range on the front doors.

Then....... out of all the cars that were on the A64 heading west this morning, I saw it again towing a late '80s Ace caravan.

As I was collecting the BWSOW, a 50th Discovery came out of the site, just as we drove up the lane to collect it.
Chrome A-frame & registered as something along the lines of; 'S... JUB'

Also a 50th Defender (GB158??) at Flamborough

I was over at Huddersfield Land Rover Centre today.
They've got a FreeLander 50th for sale

Also, saw a very tasty Defender 50th in Ripley (just off the A61, twixt Harrogate & Ripon) last Thursday, it was sharing its parking space with a similarly registered Range Rover L322

Take a decent picture please for me (front 3/4view if possible)

On the other hand.......................... taking pictures outside a school could possibly be misconstrued nowadays,,,,,,,,

That belongs to a chap called Peter who lives at Gatwick.
It's number 'GB135'

It's also due to be re-reigistered as 'L44ND R' (as he phrases it)

Consequently the 'S44 DEF' plate is for sale

1. Please don't get into trouble hanging about outside a school, with a camera. Some people may take a dim view of it

2. Front 3/4 view if possible

I keep seeing another 50th Disco running around near the estate I live in. Its an R reg but looks in good condition.

Also, a few weeks ago, parked the Disco out of the way at a local retail park and when we came back to the car another 50th Disco was parked next to it. The chap who owned it chatted with me for about 20 mins until the kids got totally bored.
