V8 Distributor rubber glove thingy

I have been reliably informed you can purchase a rubber glove type thing that goes over the distributor on a V8 as mine tend s to leave me standing in big puddles looking a right plonker.
Does anyone know where i can get one from?
Or of course let me know where i can purchase a 9 fingered Marigold (and don't say Wales)!!! :lol:

these things, but if you have a heavy duty industrial rubber glove, you can use of of them, pass 2 cables though eash finger end, seal with silicon and cable tie  :wink:

Do they really work or do they trap moisture as the cable ties won't stop all the water?

I made a shield out of half of a 2 litre rectangular plastic bottle cut up a bit and wedges in front of the dizzie. This would stop teh water the fan sprayed by the fan when it hit water but let the water drain away as well. The proof of the pudding was when I forgot to fit it, went into water that was only just deep enough to hit the fan and stopped daed. Then in much deeper water, half way up the rad at least with it fitted no problem.

Cheaper too.
