My 90 played a trick on me

Playing around behind the instrament pod fitting a new guage and I spot the rear end of a switch. Look underneath the dash and lo there is a switch I never knew exsisted. I throw it a couple of times n nothing happens. I decide I will investigate after everything is back where it should be.

Couple of hours later I (having forgot about switch due to old age) I get in the 90 to pop round a m8s and the damn thing wont start!!! Starter motor works but the engine wont fire!!!.

5 mins of cursing later I remember the switch. Throw it and the car starts!!!

Nearly 3 years to find an engine kill switch!!!!!

I did read an article in a work related mag, that bees were being trained to seek out and identify terrorists who were carrying explosives.
Apparently, the bees have been trained using a similar system to the Pavlov's Dog theory i.e they have been put on blocks of explosive that has been coated in sugar water, which the bees have then lapped up with their tongues.
Hence they now poke their tongues out when they smell or get near explosives.

When I first read the article over a cuppa at half 5 in the morning, I thought "Its amazing what they can do nowadays". It got me for at least half an hour, until I thought "Bull Cr*p!"

However I later found this link

I'll leave it up to you to make up your own minds.
I'm now off to pick some spaghetti off the tree for dinner tomorrow.

That's not funny.  Both my n/s tyres are flat for real.  One's got a nail in it and the other has developed a dodgy valve in the last few days, hissing out air as fast as I can pump it in and it's flat within 5 minutes.

Didn't one of the Sunday papers carry a story about painting double-yellow lines down the M6??

B*W used to try & prove the Germans had a sense of humour by placing adverts for gadgets fitted to their cars.

Yes... even one to say that they'd developed some little flashing orange lights to let other road users know which direction they were about to abruptly head in
