Ive been a self employed builder and landscape gardener for more years then i care to remember.At the end of a project i am left with a great deal of satisfaction but i have got to the stage where i realise the job is all consuming,and i have to divide each day into a  work period a time for my family commitments,and a part of the day just for me.Remember what Woody Allen, said about success in life "sometimes its just a question of turning up"!
