Then a whole bunch of owners will be out of pocket over night as the bulk value in their mediocre model vehicle is the pre 1973 reg.
No real point debating it as these e-petitions are a complete waste of time and bandwidth.... the road tax petition has done the rounds more than once in last couple years.
