Stained glass repaired in front doors (& some commisions)
Garage & workshop built
Block paving
Grandfather clock
Revamped bathroom
Chalet in the grounds :lol:
Paddock fenced off for a Pony  :lol:
etc......

I really envy you guys that are already on the property ladder. I started looking 2 years ago, I wish so much that I'd got something back then. I need to commute to Leeds and York but am fairly easy on area, I'd prefer not to have the cars nicked every week, but other than that I'm only bother about the 3 points I mentioned, I think I'll have to resign myself to just buying Land Rovers instead  :D

It's alright listeing to people say;"Well, we sold our house for £££,£££'s". But you've got to spend far more to go 'upscale'.

Presumably, along the A64 corridor? (same as everyone else?)
Sadly the further out you go, the dearer it gets.
One of our Consultants lives in Saxton (situatedroughly within the triangle of Aberford, Sherburn & Tadcaster)
Very picturesque & rather handy for the A1/A64/M1 & M62. I know he paid circa £250,000 over 11years ago!

What about Tadcaster & outlying districts? (Boston Spa is expensive)
