Scrap metal theft
« on: September 10, 2011, 18:48:00 »
If I've got this right,

https://submissions.epetitions.direc.../petitions/406

A petition to ban cash sales in scrap metal.

I've seen it on other forums, heritage railways and other 4x4 & classic car sites.

Shocking, totally shocking.

Blame everyone rather than find the guilty.

Oh .gov admitted this week that it ignores the epetitions any way so hardly an issue.
