Faulty fuel injection pump repair? 300Tdi
« on: November 08, 2010, 17:57:16 »
I have just developed a large fuel leak coming from the fuel injector pump (300tdi), but am having problems identifying from exactly where.  Can anybody tell me if the part is easy to strip down and repair or is it only a case of exchange?

Either way, can you get repair kits?

Or any idea where I can get a recon unit and how much am I looking?

This is a bit frustrating as the engine has only done 5k km from new (not under warrenty though)

Mark.

I wish this project would just hurry up and finish!

But I don't think it will if I keep making simple mistakes

These are speacilist repair only.  I am not aware of any repair kits.
Try DIESEL BOB TUNING
Did everyone see that?  Because I will NOT be doing it again!
