Has anyone shipped glass?

Hello all I have a rear window to ship to my address, I usually use myhermes but they don't ship glass, interpacel say it is at owners risk, has anyone experience/advice? Cheers.

no delivery company will insure glass for delivery so anyone you wud use will be at ur risk m8

I've sent it OK with the post office - sanbwiched between the green laminate underlay boards.

Worked OK every time - but as said there is no come back on it if it doesn't

Well went with my usual route, should arrive tomorrow hopefully in one piece  [-o<
