a good price to pay

hi what do you think is a good price to pay for a
1998 cherokee limited 4.ol auto xj facelift
69k miles with all mots
full mot
tax till feb 2011
full service history from day one fully service book fully stamped
still have bill of sale and all booklets
in very good condition inside and out  no body rust
as no mods done
tyres 6 months old all round  
THE REASON I AM ASKING IS I AM THINKING OF PUTTING MINE UP FOR SALE ON EBAY SO SOME IDEA WOULD HELP

What ever you get for it with a 99p start.

Huge engined petrol 4x4's do not make strong money, epecially one more than a decade old. If I was buying I'd be looking to pay as close to

1999 2.5 v6 Omega autobahn stormer
2001 1.4 Polo

Not widely known I suppose.  If you do a ebay search for jeep cherokee and click completed listings you will see what things went for. 
They don't hold their value!!!
