Transfer box
« on: August 07, 2010, 20:38:31 »
Hi Folks
Could somebody out there please confirm that a LT230 1.4 transfer box from a 90/110 will fit on to my Disco 1 3.9 auto box ?. I have fitted larger wheels and tyres  and the gearing seems a little high,I will be towing a twin axle caravan later in the month and I think the hills are going to be great fun as it stands.

Regards Denzil

I sure hope it does 'cause that's my plan too.  The driven gear for the speedo will be different but might be the one you want anyway, it was built for the 750s fitted to Deafeners, if it was the later electricery sender then the plastic gear is different.
