weber carb trouble advice please

Made some new paper gaskets today cost

might just need the tick over setting or maybe the choke is stuck open?

wots it ticking over when cold buddy?

Its best part of 2000 floats around abit hot and cold need to get it looked at i think idle is set as low as i can im not sure what else i can do lol
