Hi all
 I'm Rob

Joined today just thought I would say Hello.  :D :D :D :D :D :D
I have 3 Landies
a 1970 Series 2a 88" Truck cab
a 1998 Freelander 1 2lt Turbo Diesel (Not TD4) and yes I do offroad this all I've changed are the Tyres Falken 195/65/15  Landair  Mud & Snow Nice tyres
a 2000 Discovery 2 2.5 TD5 ES Auto 7 seater  Add a Light bar above windscreen and CB in Both I Alternate daily driving between the Freebi and Disco

Our Freebie has a 2" lift and BFG AT's... and it get abused from time to time too  :D

Hello v8MoneyPit

Cheers for the welcome.

I am thinking of the lift kit for mine, but not sure what way to go I've seen the spacers type one with the camber pins, or I have seen the Kit with all the springs and shocks, which one did you go for and is it easy to fit. Mind you gotta sort my Anti-roll bar out as last time I was off road i have manage to push the ar/bar about an inch to the drivers side,  So next week down to my parts supplier gonna change all track rod ends and rubbers
Starter went last week  :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

We have the spacer type. Either way, you may need to cut the inner wings to clear the track rods on full rebound. This depends on how much lift to go for, of course.

More than likley I have family & friends in Stevenage, I'm just out side of Stevenage,
My motors are noticeable from the back,, Spare mounted cb whips and stickers Letters in the bumpers painted
The Discovery has the Lights up on the roof might do same with the freelander regards lights

mines "at moment" matt green, eddie on bonnet, lights on roof, so cant miss that. other half's disco is green with full length roof rack, with red spade on the front of it lol

that pic on bonnet looks cool, I'll keep an eye out ...
I got four lights on a bar above the w/screen just gotta wire them up yet ran out of cable,

Don't know if you are intrested but the offroad club i'm in are meeting at The 3 Horse shoes just before Hooks Cross on Wednesday7.30 I'll be there Good Group of people Family fiendly we do green lane runs once a month Driving days, camping weekends just done weekend at Salsbury Plain (not me unfortunatly)

The club is Herts 4x4 offroad club   It's an any make 4x4 club.
any way gonna go get some grub and catch ya later
