Not interested in these poncy Full-Suspension' types though. The frame geometry makes them damn hard work up hill (unless you buy a really 'top-line'), plus the added weight of the shocks & swing-arm don't endear them to me

I keep saying "this year I'm going to start cycling again" I used to be mad for it but as my friends have moved away and settled down......
I've no motivation you see, I love mountain biking (though I'm not brave enough to road-bike anymore) but I like to get out-and-about with friends.

Now if I could teach Max to run alongside my bike.........

I gave up after hurting myself too many times whilst MTB racing, & Cyclo-Cross, too many cases of;
"Hello Mr Tree."... "Ouch!, kindly remove your branches from parts of my anatomy" :lol:  :roll:
 
Even now after about 8years my right shoulder still siezes up at times, or in certain planes of movement.
