That's very odd - I'm running their Dakars at the moment in the same size and they don't rub anywhere (except for when on full lock to one side - evidently one lock stop is slightly longer than the other). I still have the ARBs on but I've had a rear spring dislocate before now, so it obviously flexes plenty.

Hmmm... Ive no ARB on the rear and it was just dislocated. Even if i trimmed 3mm off the arch would cure it.... so when i can be arsed a trim on the pannel will be in order. Mine rub too on full left lock i think it is.... might get around to that one day too.

mate took his disco with 265 75 16s  insa's on an a 2" lift to sibbertoft the other week on full articulation it took his rear arch n reshaped it for him so it seems it would be a lucky dip with what tyre and suspention you have on
