Extra reversing lights

Hey guys. Whilst revirsing in the dark tonight just relised how poor the light is. Does anyone know if it would be illigal to put 2 spot lights on the roof and wire them in to the bumper reversing lights?

Use a relay or you'll burn out the switch.

It is not illegal because they will switch off when you drive forewards, if you aren't happy then fit a second switch somewhere

ive mounted a spot in the middle of the spare wheel for the same purpose  :D
