Changing a 1991 ABS to standard breaks!

Yes that's another thing, the calliper is the same I think but the pipe routing is different, on the ABS car the pipes come through behind the wheel and on non-ABS they come through ahead of the wheel, though TBH I'd re-route them as they are.

AFAIK the pedal switch is the same, it has 2 elements inside it and one becomes redundant.

You need to connect the pipes to the rear compensator valve differently to how the abs configuration is as well.
Best thing to do is to print out the brake pipe layout from the Rave manual for ABS and non-ABS so you can see the difference.
