Football world cup

MuddyMike:
Ok, so how many of you (like me) are fed up with the football world cup already? It's in the adverts, its in the papers, it dominates the news and the crap flags are in the shops (and motorway gutters).

Come on show your true feeling and take part in the great Mud Club football vote.

Football is ok if it's not rammed down your neck I'm fed up of it and it's not started

Saffy:
Hate football (or any sport involving a ball) and know virtual nothing about it .........but I have been known to follow Englands matches in the recent world cups and call the players all sorts of names when they mess up and don't win, I want them to beat other countries especially france, germany and argentina. I'm Welsh so that adds all sorts of emotional turmoil to the subject  I do think we should have a British team so that they go to war play under a union flag banner leaving the England and Scottish teams to bash it out together in house games not against each other in the international arena.

carbore:
Dont like it, but my minor dislike is  fed even more by the constant "everyone loves it" thing. People want to you "support your team" and act like if im not interested then we will somehow lose and it will be my fault.

Also maybe we wouldnt be so rubbish at football if the supermarkets sold more healthy food and sports kit during the world cup, as opposed to lager, pizza, crisps in packets the size of pillows etc.

And also Fabio is not the "England manager" he is the "England football team manager", last I saw the "England Manager" was (I suppose) David Cameron.

But if your looking forward to it, have fun as I dont want to kill you viewing plesure.

But remember that if you want to see England win, Watch something like F1, Trials (Lampkin etc), or some other form of Motorsport.

I must add that I thoroughly enjoyed watching "England" win the word cup recently, particularly as they beat Australia in the 20/20 cricket final.
