Well I'd get on the blower to International Resue and in the time it would take to say 5-4-3-2-1 Thunderbirds Are Go! Thunderbird 2 would be hovering above ready to lift me to safety.
Doesn't get simpler than that.

It clearly states on the door that it's vehicle 'B'.  I'd get in vehicle 'A' and go home.
