cut enough ?

Mace:

--- Quote from: "big blue disco" ---Found out at the weekend that i have'nt cut mine enough!!!
I thought that 2" off the lot and "camel'd" the rears would have done it for my 235/85R16's.
When this pic was taken the N/S rear bit the arch and the O/S front bit the loose bumper
Whoops!!
Just show's you what Scorpion Racings 2" lift does on its own.
(no other suspension mods YET)

You may find your axles are travelling up further now you've got your lift. I've fitted longer bump stops to mine (some say do it some say don't bother) so at the expense of a bit of articulation on extremes, the tyres no longer catch the arches.

Budgie:
I've gone the same route as Mace.
Longer bumpstops on the rear and put standard rear bumpstops on the front.

After Belgium last year I had tyre marks around the inner wings, both front & rear, so that was a signal to change something and it was easier to change the bumpstops than raise the body!

Having said that, at Belgium I the 33" tyres with only a 2" lift. Since putting the 3" lift springs on then it doesn't come near the stops of full articulation. But they're still there just in case.

Jake:
Thanks for the tip guys
