Tyre choice with a 2" lift

I had 31x10.5R15's on my old Rangie. They were Hankook AT's and worked well (apart from in the photo!!  :oops: ) but I've used the same size Colway's on the Disco and had no problems on wet grass or mud.
They do ware quite quickly if you use them on the road alot but for the price I can live with that.

The only mod I had to make on the Rangie when I put the 31x10.5x15's on was to the lip around the arches. I just folded the lip double and there was no catching from the tyres, this was also with a 2" lift.

Thanks everyone, 238 85's fitted fine, the steering stops need sorting but thats about it , no body chopping needed yet. I got 5 Kuho(?) MT's in the end at a good price, from Gary at Nene Valley, decided new tyres were better than re-moulds, tread is excellent, great service,so very pleased, Ellie looks sweet!!!
