P38 air springs

Does anybody know how to change the rear air springs on a p38 as mine are both shot and i have replacements on order. Any advice would be most welcome. :huh: :-k
79, 87 and 91 rangies! Im not greedy! and now a 1995 p38 dt!

I think they are held on with a spring clip at one end, not sure about the other.

the rears are held on with an 'R' clip top and bottom and the air supply pipe is a push fit but its fiddly to get in, as its close fit between the body and chassis

here is the page from my workshop manual that will be of use
