Hi All
I'm having trouble trying to Buy a discovery TD5, I just can't find one in my price range...i've got between £3000 - £3500
I'd love an ES model but i'm being realistic with what i can get for my budget
I want an Autobox
Ace, hill desent
Leather seats would be handy as they would be easy to clean.  In a dark colour as im not keen on the cream interiors.
Climate control would be nice but not essential
I want the car for On road and Offroad for greenlaning and the odd pay and play days.

Ive checked Ebay, autotrader and Local papers(Tyne and Wear) and cant find anything that fits the bill.  I've seen a couple on Ebay but they all seem to end before the end of auction.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Avoid ACE? Not necessary and VERY expensive pain to repair when they go wrong.

I've heard mixed feedback on the Ace al lot of owners say it makes the car a LOT more stable on corners etc and others who say its no different.  One thing they all agree on is that its pricey to fix when it goes wrong.  Does anyone know how easy it is to remove completley or even if its possible if it does go wrong?
