Range Rover Blues:
"tracked" vehicles are classed as those steered by their tracks, so a half-track for example is just a truck.  A WWII half-track though is a historic millitary vehicle and can be driven on a car licence.

You will be fine, if you have 4 indivudial tracks then the vehicle is controlled by the steering wheel and therefore you dont need the special tracked vehicle part of your licence.
