Auto box problem following engine swap

Guessing you broke the pump or converter  :-. :-.

Sorry to state the obvious (hindsight is a wonderful thing) but when I did mine I removed the bolts from the flex plate and left the torque converter in place.
Are you taking engine back out or dropping gearbox??

If you can find a autobox that has drive issues(slipping,burning the oil,rough gearchanges) you can remove the pump, its behind the bellhouseing.Remove the bellhouseing bolts,pull off the bellhouseing,and the pump is where the broken bits have come from. PM Barmie Brumie he has not long done one on his motor(had my last autobox pump)
