Washers
Garth:
The big pump is for the headlight washers (only work when headlights are on)
Looking from the front the LH pump is for the front windscreen.
The RH pump is for the Rear screen.
Dissconnect the wires and check the voltage at the connector or if you have not got a meter swap the connectors between pumps and if the rear one still does not work then the pump is U.S.
Merlin:
I don't get that last paragraph Garth, surely if I connect the rear wash wiring to the front wash pump(LH) & my rear washers then work it will mean that the rear(RH) pump is knackered.
If, on connection to the front(LH) pump & they still don't work then it must be the wiring or the switch surely?--Cogs
Garth:
Thats what I ment.
If you swap connectors and operate the front windsreen wash switch the back washers should work. If it does then the wiring for the rear wash is ng.
If it doesn't then the pump is ng.
Vise versa

Merlin:
Problem sorted, needed a new pump. 2 hours trying to get the back 2 bolts out to pull the washer bottle forward for access, eventually angle-grinded the heads off under the wing & then 10seconds to change pumps over. --Thats Rangie's--good fun but hard work. Needless to say, only one back bolt re-fitted (+ the front one) as the other back one is totally in-accesible.--Cogs
Range Rover Blues:
Been there, done that, love stainless!
