I've read somewhere they don't but I'm a firm believer in you can make most things fit.

Mounting brackets are completly different , dont know about size wise .....  but if they fit in they can be made to fit ...Is it worth the hassle ?

An extra thought , D2 s have sunk mounting brackets in the floor pan to hold the seat down , could be a big job to fabricate..
